This is not by accident. Designers, builders, and homeowners all want the look and variety of painted cabinets. I can apply the same paint technique on your original cabinets for a fraction of the cost of replacing them! As an added bonus, many older cabinets were made with better materials and craftsmanship than new ones. So let’s recap: Much lower cost, much faster to complete, and a better product. You can easily modernize your cabinets with new hardware and hinges or choose to keep your original hardware, it is your choice. I remove all hinges and hardware from the cabinet doors and drawers during the paint process, so replacing them is easy. If the new hardware does not match the existing holes, I will fill the old holes with wood filler and drill new holes. Replacing hinges with exact match hinges is a snap! There are literally thousands of hardware options. A few are shown below.
The cabinet doors, drawers, and most furniture pieces are painted in a professional spray booth at my shop. I used a high pressure spray gun that produces very fine paint particles of specialty cabinet paint for a nice smooth finish that lasts for years. This is the same technique that has been used by the cabinet industry for decades!
